I came to this tire shop early in the morning to change my tires, and it went very smoothly. The service was excellent, the explanations were very clear, and the staff were very efficient. Unlike some tire shops that dragged their feet for three hours and then gave me the wrong tire! Kuala Lumpur has many shady shops, but it also has many excellent ones like this one!

Excellent service and a great experience. I visited during their Merdeka promotion and could easily enquire via WhatsApp beforehand, with a fast response. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful in explaining the tyre options, pricing and promotion. The tyre DOT (manufacturing week/year) was also clearly stated upfront, which I really appreciated.

Changed all 4 tyres here, and the package included complimentary Hunter wheel balancing and alignment. The tyres also come with road hazard protection covering accidental damage such as bulging, cuts and sidewall impact, which gives extra peace of mind. The tyre installation was done professionally and efficiently, with excellent workmanship.

I accidentally left my laptop bag at the shop, and the staff quickly reminded me before I drove off. Really attentive and thoughtful of them.

Overall, excellent workmanship, fast and efficient service, transparent pricing and a very professional experience. Highly recommended!
